In the face of the resignation submitted by the President of the Executive Board of ORLEN OIL Mr. Milan Kuncir on this 31st March 2009, the Supervisory Board nominated Mr. Marian Ćwiertniak for the position of the President of the Executive Board on this 1st April 2009. Simultaneously, in the face of calling back, on this 30th March 2009, Mr. Gustaw Duda from the Executive Board, the Supervisory Board nominated Ms. Katarzyna Rożyńska who from this 1st April 2009 shall act as the Member of the Executive Board responsible for Finance Department.
From this 1st April 2009 the composition of the Executive Board of Orlen Oil is as follows:
- Marian Ćwiertniak – the President of the Executive Board
- Katarzyna Rożyńska – the Member of the Executive Board
- Mieczysław Markiewicz – Member of the Executive Board
